Product Overview

The SPQ-B1 series integrated distribution measurement and control device is designed for reactive power compensation in AC 0.4kV, 50Hz low-voltage distribution systems. Users do not need to set the capacitor capacity or transformer ratio—instead, the device automatically adjusts the compensation effect to achieve the user-defined power factor setting. It complies with the "JB/T9663-2013 Technical Specifications for Ordering Low-Voltage Reactive Power Compensation Controllers."

Basic Functions

The sampled physical quantity is reactive power, and compensation methods include full-Y, full-Δ, and Y-Δ configurations. When a phase voltage in the power grid exceeds the overvoltage or undervoltage limits, or when harmonic distortion surpasses the threshold, the compensating capacitors will be sequentially disconnected. In the event of a phase failure in the grid, the capacitors will be quickly disconnected. Each time power is applied, the measurement and control unit performs a self-check and resets the output circuit, ensuring it remains in the open state. The unit also continuously displays relevant grid parameters in real time and intuitively shows the preset settings.
