1. Product Overview
The SPQ-A1 Integrated Distribution Measurement and Control Device, powered by a high-speed microprocessor chip, accurately calculates various grid parameters using the Fast Fourier Transform. It is ideal for data monitoring and reactive power compensation in AC 0.4 kV, 50 Hz low-voltage distribution systems. The device complies with the technical specifications outlined in "JBIT9663-2013: Ordering Specifications for Low-Voltage Reactive Power Compensation Controllers."

Basic functions

The sampled physical quantity is reactive power, with multiple compensation methods available, including full-Y, full-Δ, and Y+Δ configurations. When a phase voltage in the grid exceeds the overvoltage or undervoltage limits, or when harmonic distortion surpasses the threshold, the system sequentially disconnects the compensated capacitors. In the event of a phase failure in the grid, the system swiftly removes the already-compensated capacitors. Each time power is applied, the measurement and control unit performs a self-check and resets the output circuit, ensuring it remains in the open state. The unit also provides real-time display of key grid parameters while intuitively showing the preset settings.
